Fifteen Cornwall is part of a global social enterprise, founded by Jamie Oliver in 2002. It is an inspiring restaurant in a stunning location, but at the heart of it all is a chef training programme with a simple mission – to empower young people who are in need of a second chance.Fifteen Cornwall offers an innovative menu of the best seasonal and local produce, prepared by talented professional chefs and aspiring young apprentice chefs, and served in a relaxed atmosphere by friendly and knowledgeable staff. On top of this, there’s an incredible view over a beautiful two mile beach.
Far beyond the amazing food and view, Fifteen Cornwall provides disadvantaged young people from within the county, with the opportunity to build exceptional careers in the restaurant industry.
Fifteen Cornwall is owned by the registered charity, the Cornwall Foundation of Promise. All profits from the restaurant go to the charity which has been established specifically to support, train and guide the young apprentices as they turn their lives around and make their mark on the culinary world.
